By age she is very qualified and young, just 26 years old.
Her last child is 6 years old now.
Two years after the delivery of her child she have been trying to have another one, but it has become a nightmare.
For 4 years she had been trying and in the last 2 years became very desperate. She suspect something is really wrong.

She had bilateral tubal blockage.
That is her two fallopian tubes are blocked.
Blocked fallopian tubes are a major cause of infertility and it is increasing almost to an epidemic level in our country, because of poor healthcare and poor hygienic practices.
You see, there are many reasons the fallopian tubes can become blocked.
The major reason is pelvic inflammatory disease [PID].
PID is a huge thing because of the anatomical location and look of the woman’s vagina.
It is always open, near the urinary orifice [where she pass urine] ,also anal orifice [where she pass stool], and also remember her partner visits it as frequently as he can , whether he is clean or not.
So any microbe can easily creep in
Also if you do not know , every woman has a number of naturally occurring bacteria in their vagina, which are harmless, even useful.
That is why anytime you do HVS examination in the laboratory, you are likely to have a scanty growth of something.
You don’t really need to treat that.
However if a lady has poor immunity, these harmless bacteria can become dangerous, walk their way to the fallopian tubes and do some damage.
In other cases , some diseases such as tuberculosis, endometriosis and pelvic surgeries such as appendicitis and caesarean section post surgical complications etc.
One thing that most ladies don’t want to talk about is their past, that is serious.
One of the major cause of fallopian tube blockage is ABORTION, whether legitimate or illegitimate.
Yes, do not get me wrong, I must tell you that everyone has secrets, even me, so I am not criticizing. So I also know about wanting to hide things.
However since you are likely the only one reading this article at this moment, I will assume this is a private conversation.
Abortion is seriously on the rise in Nigeria, even among married women, who are unfortunately using it as a means of contraceptive.
I can say that 70% of ladies in Nigeria had undergone at least one abortion in their life.
I am sure you will agree with me that I am very conservative about the number and percentage, yeah it should be higher.
Many of our young girls in the secondary schools have been doing abortion even in the early 1970s till today.
These young girls are now the wives and mothers of today.
No criticism meant, because we are all guilty both man and woman. Especially if there is anything to be guilty about.
So I am not interested in the moral issue of abortion. I leave that to your personal judgement.
The issue here is that all abortion introduces a foreign body or instrumentation into the female private part and womb, so can introduce bacteria, no matter how sterilise the procedure is.
That is why you are given antibiotics after that.
However some of these bacteria can succeed in reaching the fallopian tubes which is of course not far from the vagina and lead to fallopian tube blockage.
Sometimes abortion can go really wrong, and can lead to sepsis, even damaged endometrium [womb lining] or completely destroy the womb by perforation.
So abortion can lead to fallopian tube blockage. Though it is a major cause.
But to me the greatest cause of fallopian tube blockage is what is not popular in the medical cycles, but known to exist.
It is called MUCUS PLUG
Every lady produces mucus in their private areas, some to help lubricate the vagina for the penis to have a sweet ride, some to help the sperm swim from the vagina into the womb and into the fallopian tube to fertilise the egg.
